Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah/Midtown

FREE PARKING! The only hotel in Savannah that doesn’t try to charge $40 for forced valet or self parking- you have my business from now on! Clean clean clean room, bed was NOT on wheels, and you get the hotel experience for what it’s ACTUALLY worth. No hottub, or kitchenette, like $150 to stay overnight in a very clean room in a great location with no other issues whatsoever - I’ll take it.

I stayed here a week while my husband was in ICU at Memorial Hospital following brain surgery. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place!! The staff was compassionate and helped me book an extra day when doctors decided to keep my husband an extra day. I felt very safe while traveling alone back and forth from the parking garage into the hotel. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to use near the hotel lobby. My room was newly remodeled and was super clean and modern. It was also to have the coffee bar and fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby!! (My husband's surgery was a success and he is recovering quite nicely at home now!) I would definitely stay at Hampton Inn Midtown again.

Would of given 4.5 put that is not possible. The things I had an issues with was minner. I wish they had tea with caffeine so i can drink some before bed. My room key did not open the gym door (Victoria opened it for me and a exteme nice lady). No basket in the gym for used towels and no sanitation wipes. *Great walking location to foods, gym and grocery stores. Free parking garage is a win in the city. Place is very clean and breakfast was not bad.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip for one night. The staff was nice and responsive. There was a middle school group of kids there and as well. They didn't run out of any food for breakfast. The staff didn't seem overwhelmed and very well prepared.

Employees are so sweet and welcoming. Nice appearance. Smells a little funny, but may be because they are renovating. I don't like that I am unable to see my vehicle outside from my room like you can most other places, but they need a parking garage so I understand. Close to anything you could want or need. Shopping, entertainment, restaurants, etc.

Very nice clean, safe, good neighborhood, located near nice stores, supermarket, shopping center, and restaurants, a block away, very clean, polite staff, great free breakfast, I cannot say enough of good things about this place. Located three miles from downtown historic district. I did not have a car w me on this trip, so I have not idea about the parking in this place.

The girl who checked me in was a zombie, literally. She barely moved, couldn’t hear her because she spoke in such a low tone. She did offer me the Diamond Member gifts, and was overall a nice person. I just got the vibe she really would rather be anywhere but there. The room was very nice, smelled good & clean with everything in order with no issues. My only REAL complaint with this Hampton was the parking. You couldn’t park in the parking lot but in the parking garage. I went to the second level because I was on the second floor. It literally looked like someone was living there! I went back down to the first level & parked as close as I could to the exit. Plus, they charged $7 to park even though my husband is a 100% disabled veteran! Hilton has always acknowledged veterans, so not quite sure why this one doesn’t. All in all the room was comfy and the coffee & breakfast was fantastic!

Great location and hotel for our soccer tournament. It was clean with a spacious room. It fit the bill for a tournament. Breakfast area was clean and food fully stocked with multiple teams there having breakfast. Only downside was parking costs. It didn’t seem close enough to downtown Savannah to warrant a charge, but it was not much. I’d book here again without hesitation.
